IF YOU CAN’T MAKE IT TO CHURCH THIS WEEKEND, JOIN THE LIVESTREAM!

Aloha and welcome!

We’re looking forward to meeting you! First Presbyterian Church of Honolulu is part of the ECO denomination (A Covenant Order of Evangelical Presbyterians) and part of the ECO movement. We are rooted in reformed, evangelical, and egalitarian values. Koʻolau Ballrooms is also part of our FPC Hawaii ‘ohana—together, we share the beautiful facilities at Koʻolau.

For the month of December, we will have only one worship service on Sundays at 9:30AM. Lunch and Advent-themed activities follow at 10:45AM.

Children's Ministry and a Middle School program are available during our 9:30AM service. Our High School students are encouraged to stay in the sanctuary and worship with other generations. A family room is accessible near the sanctuary if you need a little bit of privacy with your little one during service.

You’ll find plenty of free parking in our private lot, just a short walk from our Sanctuary.

A NOTE FROM KOʻOLAU KIDS

If you’re coming for our 9:30 AM service with children, let one of our ʻOhana Ministries team know you’re new when you arrive at the registration kiosks. We’ll make sure we have your information and welcome your little ones into our care.

“What do I wear?”

Our services follow a thoughtful order (liturgy) rooted in the reformed tradition: we focus on God, then prepare for the gospel, hear the gospel, and respond to the gospel.

While we value structure, our gatherings aren’t overly formal. Our church ‘ohana is diverse, Christ-centered, and intergenerational. We invite you to be yourself and faithfully expect God’s love, and the gathering of His people, to leave everyone a little more renewed and transformed than when they first arrived— it doesn’t matter if you wear your aloha shirts with slippers, sneakers, or loafers. Jesus loves you.

“What happens after?”

Part of growing as an intergenerational community is spending time together—often around coffee, and hopefully around food!

Our HeBrews coffee bar, run by amazing volunteers, offers everything from simple brews to expertly made espressos. Beyond Sunday, our Ko’olau campus is home to various courses and activities you can get involved in. But on Sunday, make the most of it—strike up a conversation with someone new, catch up with a friend, and build relationships that matter to you.

“I need assistance…”

We want everyone to feel welcome and comfortable when visiting our church building at Koʻolau. Our campus is designed with accessibility in mind, offering accommodations for visitors with disabilities, including accessible parking, ramps, and seating. If you have specific needs or require assistance during your visit, don’t hesitate to let us know—we’re happy to help make your experience as smooth as possible. Please email us at aloha@fpchawaii.org or call our office (808) 532-1111.

We’re here for you!
